Everyday after he wakes up he comes to our bed to snuggle up with us. This is great start of everyday and I love it.

Since my second son Adam was born four months ago our family life became very busy and there was no time for daily pictures taking anymore. Occasionally I have been photographing my boys, especially the baby but deep inside I felt a need for a new photo project. I wanted to capture ordinary moments from our life, simple things that bring smile to our faces so we can remember them for years to come. Therefore I decided to take pictures of kids on the weekends and share only one image (maybe two) every Monday here on my blog.

So here it is. My older son Kacper.

On Saturday we went to our friend’s daughter birthday party. The kids were having their faces painted with all kinds of animals. This was the first face painting experience for Kacper and I can’t even tell you how excited he was. A dinosaur on his hand and a rhino on his face . He is currently obsessed with dinosaurs. Why rhino – I have no clue:)

Winter this season has been very long here in NY. Cold weather put me in misery this last month. I was hoping for more warm days but it didn’t happen. Kids were sick old the time and most of the time we spend indoors. Finally last weekend it warmed up and it was about the right time to enjoy spring weather. I took my older son Kacper and our dog to our favorite hiking trail. We had such a great time together. He even complained few times to me I should stop taking pictures and keep going. Here are some of my favorite pictures from that day.

Last summer we visited my family in Poland and part of this trip we spend at the beach. It was great to see how Kacper enjoyed Baltic sea and beach. Here is short video I made during our vacation.

This month our group’s monthly project theme is Home. Since very beginning I knew I wanted to capture my family. For me Home is where we are spending time together and our love for each other . So here they are my husband Peter, three year old Kacper, three months old Adam and at the end it’s all of us together.

These days we post so many pictures on FB and Instagram. We share on-line galleries but somehow we forget to print our favorites. I strongly believe that pictures should be printed and displayed either on your walls or in beautiful albums.Therefore I decided to offer my clients custom designed session albums. Here are few pictures from one of the albums I recently designed. It’s 10x10in with photo cover album finished in velvet-smooth matte. This album offers 10 thick, lay flat pages with pictures printed on a luxe photographic paper.It is such a beautiful album. I hope my clients will appreciate it as much as I do.
